This is one dandy little item! The Lunawheel is an accurate, durable, compact, portable, perpetual moon phase calendar. In two simple steps, one can determine the phase of the Moon for any date 2000 years past or future. With the Lunawheel, you can find the phase of the Moon on the day you were born! Or days your parents and grandparents were born! Find the moon phase for any date in history -- the night the Titanic sank, or Apollo 11 landing on the Moon! Lunawheel in not only for science experiments, but can add interest to history lessons!

To use the Lunawheel, simply find the year in the yellow area and the month in the white area. The moon phases are then read at the junction of the white and blue areas. It takes a little practice to figure out, but soon you'll be finding all sorts of stuff with this clever circular slide rule! The lunawheel is small and lightweight and handy.

The lunawheel is so much fun because you can calculate moon phases for any time in history or in the future. We have had loads of fun with that already and it had a practical purpose as well.
